User Agreement

1.Parties to the Agreement: The Service Provider is Beijing Maijinghui International Culture Development Co., Ltd.; the Service User is any natural person who accesses or uses the platform (hereinafter referred to as "User").

2.Minors under 18 years of age must read this Agreement with their legal guardian and obtain the guardian's consent before using platform services. The legal guardian assumes all legal responsibilities arising from a minor's use of the platform.

3.We reserve the right to revise this Agreement periodically in accordance with applicable laws and business needs. Revised terms will be posted on our official website and become effective after the notice period. Continued use of the platform services constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

This platform offers online services including international education news, study abroad planning consultations, university information updates, pre-departure guidance, China-foreign educational exchange programs, policy explanations on overseas academic qualifications, and global study resources. Paid customized services are governed by a separate special service agreement signed between both parties.

All visitors accessing or using this website must not engage in the following:

• （1）Uploading or submitting fake documents such as transcripts, academic certificates, passports, application essays, or other falsified materials to this website;
• （2）Publish or disseminate illegal and non-compliant information, including false admission guarantees, illegal intermediaries, fraud, and unauthorized overseas education.
• （3）Using crawlers, malicious programs, or other technical means to illegally scrape data from this site, attack, or disrupt the normal operation of our servers;
• （4）Disseminating pornography, violence, politically sensitive information that violates laws and regulations, or harmful content from overseas;
• （5）Insult, defame, or harass our staff, partner organizations, and other relevant parties.
• （6）Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content on this website—including articles, images, courseware, and original materials—without our prior written consent is prohibited.
• （7）Other violations of national laws and regulations governing entry and exit, foreign affairs, and the education sector.

1.The platform strives to ensure uninterrupted website access. In the event of temporary service suspension due to system upgrades, server maintenance, or network outages, we will provide advance notice where possible and shall not be held liable for any damages.

2.If application failure is caused by the user's own reasons, such as submitting false documents, unilaterally terminating services, or missing institutional application deadlines, refunds will be processed in accordance with the terms of the Special Agreement.

3.Admissions rejections by institutions, visa denials by consulates, policy changes at overseas schools, and updates to entry/exit regulations across countries are considered third-party objective risks and do not constitute a breach of platform obligations.

1.The logo, text, images, page design, and original content on this website are the intellectual property of Beijing Maijinghui International Culture Co., Ltd. No reprinting, modification, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.

2.Intellectual property rights for personal documents and materials uploaded to the platform by users remain with the users. The platform may use them only for this service and shall not use them for any other commercial purposes.

1.If a visitor voluntarily stops accessing this website, this agreement terminates immediately.

2.We reserve the right to unilaterally deny service and apply technical restrictions if a visitor commits a serious violation.

3.If this website ceases operations, we will publish an announcement on our official site and make every effort to properly handle ongoing service matters.

4.After termination of the agreement, we will retain information required by law in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

1.This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

2.In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If no agreement is reached, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court in Beijing where Beijing Mai Jing Hui International Culture Co., Ltd. is located.
